Stage 5: The Landing

Rangitahi is located in Raglan, Waikato. This unique coastal town offers a simple lifestyle, surrounded by nature. Only 35 minutes from Hamilton, and 2 hours from Auckland, Raglan is the perfect place to be close to it all while still enjoying the serenity of a small town.

The Landing is the fifth stage of the Rangitahi project and our most recent section release. Sheltered in a secluded basin, this release comprises 30 sections ranging in size from 378m2 - 892m2 with a mixture of flat or slightly sloped toward the stunning northeast views. The available sections tier down towards the public reserve, where many memories will be made, with a large flat picnic area and easy access to the water. You can pull your kayak or paddle-board into the harbour and explore the waterways at any time of the year. And come summer, it will make an excellent high tide swimming spot for the whole family to enjoy.​​​​​​​​

Taking its name from the historic homestead and stone wharf that once fronted Opotoru River, The Landing is a short stroll to the planned commercial area in Rangitahi. This area will include a cafe, restaurant, a daycare, a selection of retailers, and public recreational facilities such as a tennis court, a half basketball court and a playground.

Rangitahi peninsula has been designed around a network of green open spaces, including 14 kms of walking tracks and many large reserves. Some of which have been planted with regenerative native planting or orchards for the community to utilise.
