Stage 1: The Village
Characterised by a formal village square, the Main Road passes through the central hub, which is defined by ‘village scale’ commercial activities and amenities.
Stage 2: The Retreat
The Retreat is north facing with views across the golf course and Omahina Creek. It is a satellite neighbourhood of The Village Core but demonstrates a more informal coastal vibe.
Stage 3: The Plateau
The largest of all stages, the centrally-located Plateau is in the heart of the development. It is also the junction point which connects the various stages and commercial hub together.

Stage 3.1: Plateau / D5
D5 is a sub-stage off the centrally-located Plateau which is in the heart of the development. It is also the junction point which connects the various stages and commercial / wellness hub together.
Stage 4: The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary neighbourhood is cocooned within its own landscape. With limited influence by the rural landscape beyond, it can adopt a distinct character of its own that reinforces the extensive areas of native planting.
Stage 5: The Landing
The Landing pays homage to the historic homestead and stone wharf that once fronted Opoturu Creek. It is contained within a basin to the east. The Plateau consists of a concentrated development cluster around a shallow central park that slopes gently to the south of the old homestead site. (Marked in blue are Future Release lots.)
Stage 6: The Stables
The Stables sits south of The Landing and faces east to the wide open head of the estuary. Separated from the neighbourhoods by high ridge-lines, its character is influenced by the rural/productive landscape beyond. (Lots are yet to be released, contact us for details).
Stage 7: The Knoll
Bordered by lush wetlands, native bush and rolling farmland, the Knoll boasts stunning views up the estuary and back towards the Raglan township. (Lots are yet to be released, contact us for details).
