The Sanctuary is now complete!

We are very proud to announce that stage four - The Sanctuary is now complete.

The Sanctuary is the fourth stage of Rangitahi and is located on the western side of the Peninsula, providing beautiful views of the Raglan harbour, Mount Karioi and the golf course. With walking tracks connecting The Sanctuary to the rest of the peninsula, you are never far from The Plateau or The Village, where there will be a selection of commercial spaces, a café and recreation facilities. Most sections here have sold, but some house and land packages are coming up soon in this area with various building companies. We also have three sections still remaining for those who would love to have a blank canvas to create their own vision, which you can read more about below.

In ten short months, local contractors have moved approx. 70,000m3 of materials, set up and connected utilities, created roads and footpaths and shaped the land into what is now the Sanctuary. We wanted to do a huge shout-out to the local contractors that worked on this stage; they have put in some long hours and have battled a lockdown and a pretty wet and wild winter to get the job done - well-done team!

Last remaining sections on The Sanctuary

LOT 407 at 1015m2

We have one remaining premium waterfront section available in The Sanctuary – Lot 407. This is a private west-facing section with uninterrupted views overlooking the water and towards the golf course and Mount Karioi. Lot 407 is a secluded spot located not too far from Raglan Town centre but nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

LOT 420 & 421

We also have two sections available that are tucked away at the end of a private right away and close to the water – Lot 420 & 421. Both are sloping sections that would suit a creatively tiered house to maximise the views. These sections are quite large and qualify for secondary dwelling at 1,328m2 & 1,342m2 respectively and provide an elevated and somewhat private position.
